Clean and well-maintained hotel. Helpful and friendly staff. Convenient location near the Galleria mall. Kitchenette in rooms.
Nothing to dislike.
We loved the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities. The staff was helpful, and the location was very close to Downtown. Transportation was convenient, with a bus stop right in front of the hotel. The Galleria Mall and the River Oaks District were within walking distance, offering a great shopping experience.

We were fortunate to find this hotel at a great rate, especially considering we booked it late at night and checked in within half an hour. The hotel's location was excellent, as it was just a short distance from where we needed to attend the George H.W. Bush event. Additionally, the hotel was conveniently situated just a 2-minute walk away from the VFS visa office, making it incredibly convenient for our visa paperwork.
Nothing, no complaints at all.
The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly. They provided excellent service, especially Josh who was extremely helpful and had the best energy. The location is great, right off the I-59/69 freeway and near the Galleria complex. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and the area is nice and clean.
Couldn't fault anything about my stay.
