The staff was excellent - professional, pleasant, and easy to talk to. They went out of their way to provide excellent service. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with a clean room and beautiful lobby. Parking was easy and convenient, and the location was within walking distance of the wedding site.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. From the moment we checked in, we were greeted by a well-groomed and friendly young man who offered us an upgrade and complimentary breakfast. The service throughout our stay was excellent, with the manager personally resolving a misunderstanding about the breakfast and providing us with vouchers. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The location by the lake was perfect, with beautiful views and just a short walk to the boardwalk.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with its stunning lake view from the 9th floor. Watching the sunrise was truly breathtaking. The hotel's space-themed decor added a unique touch and gave a subtle nod to the nearby NASA center. Its location close to the Johnson Space Center and Kemah boardwalk was incredibly convenient, and it was just a short drive to Galveston. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the free parking was a bonus. I also enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and gardens overlooking the lake. It was definitely a beautiful and relaxing experience.
