Hyatt Regency Houston West Hotel

The staff was delightful and very helpful. The facility and room were beautiful. The lobby was large and enjoyable, with a stunning koi pond running through it. The beds were super comfortable and the big screen TV was a pleasant surprise. The bar was relaxing and the hotel had great cleanliness.

Everything was spot on.

The lobby was tastefully decorated and the bed was comfortable. We appreciated the convenience of free parking right off the highway. The hotel was located close enough to downtown Houston without getting caught in traffic.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
