I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, I was impressed by the professional and friendly staff. They made me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and I was pleased with the modern and functional facilities. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring downtown. Being right next to the rail line made it super convenient for getting around this city. Plus, the free breakfast buffet was a great perk!

The location was perfect for my partner and me, as we love being close to top rate bars, restaurants, theater, and performing arts venues. The hotel facilities were fantastic, and we had a lovely corner suite with a great view. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bathrooms were elegant. The staff, especially Josette and Kayla, made us feel extremely welcomed and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.
Nothing, it is perfect.
We had a great stay at this hotel. The room we were assigned initially had a single King bed instead of the 2 queens we had booked, but the staff quickly found us a room with 2 queen beds. Despite 8 weddings happening that weekend, they managed to accommodate our request. The room itself had a unique and romantic layout, with a separate water closet for the shower and toilet, and a big comfortable tub in the open floor plan area. The bed was comfortable, and although we could have used more pillows, the overall experience was pleasant. The complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations, offering a wide variety of options. We especially enjoyed the coffee machine. The hotel's bar/restaurant provided exceptional service, with Heather going above and beyond to make our afternoon cocktail and snack enjoyable. Our dinner experience was also great, thanks to our friendly server Jocelyn, who made excellent recommendations. The spare rib tacos were particularly delicious. The valet service was friendly, adding to the overall positive experience.

I had one of the best hotel experiences. The room was spacious and spotless, with incredibly comfortable beds. The hotel facilities were top-notch, from the fully functional iron and ironing board to the fantastic breakfast and bar. The staff were friendly and helpful, making me feel valued during my stay. The hotel's location in the city center was convenient, and the complimentary Tesla shuttle was a great way to explore nearby attractions like the beautiful Cistern Park.
Nothing could have been better.
The room was lovely with a spacious layout and comfortable furniture. Along with the large TVs, it provided a great space to relax. The property was well-maintained and clean, and the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The restaurant on-site offered delicious food in a classy and luxurious environment. Valet parking was efficient and made me feel like an honored guest.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
